Sinai’s products focus on the field of power semiconductor management, aiming to improve power utilization efficiency, in order to realize green management and effective use of energy.

The products that have been released to the market are the planar structured VDMOS first generation (T1FET) and second (T2FET), as well as the first generation of Super JunctionTM

products which use Deep Trench landfill technology. We will continue to work in the areas of power management. In addition to continuing to optimize the Super JunctionTM products

and launch the second generation of SJ Gen II products, we will also use the technology we have accumulated in the fast recovery diode field and insulated gate bipolar transistors field

to launch a series of products.
